Latest techniques are implemented in building construction for better quality and sustainability:

Anchoring: 20 mm steel rods are inserted into the ground by making 1 feet deep hole into the ground, a chemical (HILTI) is applied in the hole during insertion of steel rod. This method is followed all along the retaining wall and foundation. This is an anti earth quake method followed for massive structures.

Steel Coupling: To avoid congestion and to obtain 100% verticality, steel coupling is implemented in the project. Threading both sides of the steel rod and connecting with couplers to avoid overlapping of steel rods.

Post Tensioning: All slabs in the project are Post tensioned slabs for obtaining wider spans and high degree of flexibility in the column layout.

To avoid collapses, all gaps between retaining wall and rock are filled with PCC concrete instead of raw material.

TISCON 500D steel (anti-ferrous), best available in the market is used in the project.

ULTRATECH ready mix concrete is used in the project.
